种痘水疱病样皮肤T细胞淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

摘要

A 16-year-old girl presented with erythemas, papules and blisters on face and extremities with fever for 1 month. The pitted scars were left after lesions disappeared. Histopathology showed the focal infiltra-tion of lymphocyte surrounding the blood vessels in dermis. mmunohistochemistory showed positive for CD2, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD56,TIA, perforin, Granzyme, EBER and Ki-67 ( 60%) . The diagnosis of hydroa vac-ciniforme- like cutaneous T cell lymphoma was made.%患者，女，16岁。面部、四肢反复起红斑、丘疹、水疱、血疱伴发热1个月。皮疹消退后遗留痘疮样萎缩性瘢痕。组织病理示：表皮坏死，真皮组织局灶性淋巴细胞浸润，以血管周围为主，可见核分裂。免疫组化示：CD2＋、CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、CD56＋、Ki－67约60％，TIA＋、穿孔素＋、粒酶B＋，EBER＋。诊断：种痘水疱病样皮肤 T细胞淋巴瘤。
