误诊为体癣的离心性环状红斑一例

患者,男,17岁。足底、面部、左侧上臂起环形、半环形红斑3个月,无发热、咽痛、关节肿痛。皮肤组织病理：表皮中下部血管周围有境界清楚呈套袖状分布的淋巴细胞浸润。诊断：离心性环状红斑。外院误诊为体癣。%The Patient was male and 17 years old. He presented with annular and half-annular erythema-tous plaques on planta, face and left arm for three months, with no fever, pharynx pain, and joint swelling and pain. Histopathology showed a perivascular inflammatory infiltrate composed of lymphocytes. The diagno-sis of erythema annulare centrifugum was made. The patient was once misdiagnosed as tinea corporis.
