[Objective] To assess the efficacy and safety of Holmium laser under direct vision in internal urethrotomy and plasmakinetic energy transurethral resection of the ureteral stricture. [Methods] 31 patients in our hospital were included in this retrospective study. [Results] Transurethral resection of the urethral stricture for 31 cases using Holmium laser under direct vision in internal urethrotomy and bacilliform electrode bipolar plasmakinetrnic bacilliform technique, of 29 cases were treated successfully. The success rate was 93.5%. [Conclusions] Transurethral resection of the urethral stricture using Holmium laser under direct vision in internal urethrotomy and bacilliform electrode bipolar plasmakinetic technique is effective and safety. It has the advantages of minimal invasion and fewer complications.%目的 探讨输尿管镜下钬激光联合等离子柱状电极治疗尿道狭窄的安全性与有效性.方法 尿道狭窄或闭锁者31例,采用直视下等离子柱状电极放射状内切开狭窄处疤痕,输尿管镜直视下再用钬激光修平尿道创面,术后留置导尿管1～2周.结果 31例尿道狭窄采用输尿管镜下钬激光联合等离子柱状电极治疗成功29例,成功率为93.5％.结论 采用经尿道输尿管镜下钬激光联合等离子柱状电极治疗尿道狭窄,充分利用了两者的优点,具有创伤小,安全有效,成功率高,效果满意,并发症少等优点.
