高海拔地区视网膜静脉阻塞气虚血瘀证患者外周血VEGF及ET-1表达的差异

         

摘要

目的 通过观察高海拔环境对正常人及视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)气虚血瘀证者相关外周血细胞因子表达的影响,探讨海拔因素在高原气虚血瘀证发病中的作用.方法 在西宁地区(平均海拔2000 m)以及格尔木地区(平均海拔2800 m)以相同标准收集正常人(30例)及RVO气虚血瘀证患者(30例)作为研究对象,测定血清内皮素-1(ET-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),比较不同海拔地区两类人群血清ET-1及VEGF水平的差异.结果 同一地区内比较,RVO气虚血瘀证患者的ET-1及VEGF水平均明显高于本地区的正常组(P<0.05).不同地区间比较,格尔木地区RVO气虚血瘀证患者的ET-1及VEGF数值高于西宁地区患者(P<0.05),两地区正常人群间的ET-1、VEGF水平均无明显差异(P>0.05).结论 外环境低氧参与了高原地区RVO气虚血瘀证的形成,并且加剧了静脉阻塞后的局部缺血缺氧,从而诱导了ET-1及VEGF的高表达.%OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of high altitude environment on normal and retinal vein occlu-sion (RVO) effect of qi deficiency and blood stasis are the expression of related cytokines in peripheral blood, explore altitude factors in the pathogenesis of qi deficiency and blood stasis in the role of the plateau. METHODS In the area of Xining (average altitude of 2000 m) and Golmud (average altitude of 2800 m) collected from normal people with the same standard (30 cases) and RVO patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis (30 cases) as the research object, the determination of-1 serum endothelin (ET-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), the difference in different altitude in two groups of serum ET-1 and VEGF levels. RESULTS In the same area, the levels of ET-1 and VEGF in patients with RVO Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P<0.05). Comparison between different regions, ET-1 and VEGF value of RVO patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis in Golmud area is higher than that of the patients in Xining area (P<0.05), there were no significant differences between the two areas of the normal population, the level of VEGF ET-1 (P>0.05) CONCLUSION Ex-ternal environmental hypoxia is involved in the formation of RVO Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in plateau area, and exacerbated the local ischemia and hypoxia after venous obstruction, thus inducing the high expression of ET-1 and VEGF.
