液相色谱质谱联用法测定食品中瘦肉精的残留量

     

摘要

建立一种液相色谱质谱联用法,同时测定食品中盐酸克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺的残留量。样品用β-葡萄糖醛苷酸酶溶液酶解,20 mmol/l乙酸铵缓冲溶液(pH5.2)提取,经过滤和离心后,上清液用固相萃取柱净化,液相色谱/串联质谱仪测定,外标峰面积法定量。方法加标平均回收率盐酸克伦特罗为95.5%~103.8%,试验的RSD为0.21%~0.99%;莱克多巴胺为94.5%~99.8%,试验的RSD为0.28%~1.79%。该方法操作方便、分析速度快、回收率高、结果准确,能满足常规检测及安全控制的需要。%The establishment of a liquid chromatography mass spectrometry method for simultaneous determination of brine duck Chaozhou clenbuterol and ractopamine residues.Samples with 13-glucuronic acid glycosides peptidase enzyme solution, 20mmol / L ammonium acetate buffer solution (pH5.2) extraction, After filtration and centrifugation, Supernatant was purified by solid phase extraction column, Using HPLC/MS detection, Quantified by external standard peak area, The average recovery rate of clenbuterol is 95.5%-103.8%, RSD is 0.21%-0.99%; The average recovery rate of Ractopamine is 94.5%-99.8%, RSD is 0.28%-1.79% The method is simple and reliable, rapid analysis and high recovery rate, and routine testing to meet the needs of security control
