以学科建设为引领提高独立设置医学院校核心竞争力的硏究

Discipline construction is an important indicator of the core competitiveness of Universities, it has a more important significance for the independent setting up of medical universities. At present, there are many problems on discipline construction in the independent setting up of medical universities. We should focus on optimizing the layout of the subject, attracting the talents, developing cooperative innovation and improving the management system.%学科建设是高校核心竞争力的重要指标,对于独立设置医学院校有着更重要的意义.目前,我国现存的独立设置医学院校的学科建设存在诸多问题,应当从优化学科布局、吸引学科人才、开展协同创新、完善管理体制等几方面着力建设.
