为研究和田羊的遗传多样性,应用PCR扩增和测序技术,对民丰、于田、策勒、洛浦4个县和田羊群体的mtDNA D-loop序列进行了研究,并用DNAMAN软件对4个县和田羊进行了聚类分析.结果表明:民丰、于田两县和田羊mtDNA D-loop序列长度为1 184 bp,策勒、洛浦两县和田羊mtDNA D-loop序列长度为1 190 bp,4个县和田羊mtDNA D-loop均存在4个75 bp的重复序列;民丰县、于田县和田羊遗传距离较近,洛浦县、策勒县和田羊遗传距离较近,初步认为和田地区4个县和田羊可分为2类群体.%This study analyzed the genetic diversity of Hetian sheep populations by PCR and sequencing.The mtDNA D-loop sequences of Hetian sheep from Minfeng , Yutian ,Cele and Luopu four counties were measured and the cluster analysis was made with DNAMAN software. The results showed that the mtDNA D-loop sequence lengths of Hetian sheep from Minfeng , Yutian counties were 1 184 bp,while those from Cele and Luopu counties were 1 190 bp,and there were four 75 bp repeat sequences in the mtDNA D-loop sequences of Hetian sheep from the every county. The cluster analysis showed that Hetian sheep from Minfeng , Yutian counties were closer, while Hetian sheep from Cele and Luopu counties were closer,which indicated that the Hetian sheep from the four counties could be divided into two populations.
