社区综合干预对亚临床型维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的效果分析

摘要

objective To understand the comprehensive community intervention on subclinical riamin D-deficient rickets of subclinical vitamin D effect.Methods The control group daily doses of vitamin AD by 1 grain, experimental group was given comprehensive community intervention on the basis of taking vitamin AD Yi Kexin, observe the clinical effects of two groups.Results The level of bone alkaline phosphatase, the experimental group than the control group significantly decreased; in the high risk factors of awareness rate, the experimental group was higher than control group.Conclusion The comprehensive community intervention on children with subclinicalrickets, can improve the whole cognition of parents of children with rickets, effectively reduce the levels of bone alkaline phosphatase in children.%目的 了解社区综合干预对亚临床型维生素D缺乏性佝偻病的效果.方法 对照组每日服用维生素AD伊可新1粒, 实验组基于服用维生素AD伊可新的基础上进行社区综合干预, 观察两组的临床效果.结果 骨碱性磷酸酶水平, 实验组较对照组显著下降;在高危因素知晓率上, 实验组高于对照组.结论 对亚临床型佝偻病患儿进行社区综合干预, 能够提高患儿家长对佝偻病的整体认识, 有效降低患儿骨碱性磷酸酶水平.
