更昔洛韦与尼莫地平、亚冬眠联合氨乙基异硫脲对小儿病毒性脑炎疗效分析

摘要

目的：探讨更昔洛韦与尼莫地平、亚冬眠联合氨乙基异硫脲三种药物对小儿病毒性脑炎疗效分析。方法回顾分析我科2013年收治的24例小儿病毒性脑炎患者的临床资料，评价治疗效果及家长满意率。结果24例小儿病毒性脑炎患者中痊愈者22例，有效2例。家长满意率100%。结论小儿病毒性脑炎的治疗首先要去除诱因，积极治疗原发病，其次根据病毒性脑炎感染类型给予对症药物治疗。%Objective The effect of Ganciclovir,Nimodipine and Hibernation joint AET on children patients with viral encephalitis to be analyzed. Methods Reviewing and analyzing the clinical treatment data selected from 24 cases of patients with viral encephalitis who are treated in hospital in 2013, and then make an evaluation on effect and parents’ satisfaction.ResultsAl 24 cases, 22 cases of patients are cured, and the rest 2 cases are effective, the parents’ satisfaction ratio reaches to 100 percent.Conclusion First of al, the primary way to cure children patients with viral encephalitis is to eliminate the cause for ilness and cure primary disease actively. Secondly, provide the patients with symptomatic treatment according to infectious type of viral encephalitis.
