严重创伤急危病人的麻醉处理分析

摘要

目的：研究严重创伤急危重症患者的麻醉处理。方法我院选择2012年6月～2013年6月间70例受到严重创伤的急危患者，对其实施手术中的麻醉处理进行分析。结果本文所选的70例患者中，6例死亡，占8.57%；4例为颅脑同时存在胸腹复合伤，在术后3小时死亡，2例为严重胸部刺伤导致心脏破裂术中死亡。其余的64例患者均平稳的度过了手术和麻醉，经过积极的手术治疗，91.43%的患者痊愈出院。结论严重创伤危急重症患者在实施麻醉处理时，应遵循正确、及时、果断的原则，根据具体病情，权衡利弊，选择最佳的麻醉方法。%ObjectiveAnesthesia treatment of criticaly il patients with severe trauma.Methods In our hospital from June 2012~2013 year in June 70 cases of severe trauma emergency and critical patients,The implementation of anesthesia in operation analysis.Results 70 cases of the patients, 6 cases of death, accounting for 8.57%,4 cases of brain and thoracoabdominal combined injuries, died 3 hours after operation,2 cases of serious chest stabbed to death during the operation of cardiac rupture.The remaining 64 patients were stable through operation and anesthesia,After operation active treatment, 91.43% patients recovered and were discharged from hospital.Conclusion Severe trauma of critical patients in anesthesia treatment,Should folow the correct, timely, decisive principle,According to the specific condition, weigh the advantages and disadvantages, choose the best method of anesthesia.
