ObjectiveTo study the effects of carvedilol in patients with chronic congestive heart failure combined with irbesartan treatment. Methods 88 patients with chronic heart failure patients as the research object, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Drug treatment, study group patients ECG echocardiogram indexes and reference group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Carvedilol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of patients with chronic congestive heart failure, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the quality of life in patients with.%目的：分析研究慢性充血性心力衰竭采用卡维地洛联合厄贝沙坦治疗效果。方法选取88例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，将其临床资料进行回顾分析。结果研究组患者的用药治疗效果、心电超声图各项指标与对照组对比，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者实施卡维地洛联合厄贝沙坦治疗，可有效改善患者的临床症状，提高患者生命质量。
