硝苯地平缓释剂对轻中度高血压的治疗效果及药理分析

摘要

目的：分析硝苯地平缓释剂对轻中度高血压的治疗效果及药理作用。方法将106例轻中度高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例，分别采取硝苯地平缓释剂、硝苯地平片治疗。结果两组治疗效果、血压控制及不良反应对比，P＜0.05。结论硝苯地平缓释剂治疗轻中度高血压效果明确，安全性高。%Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of nifedipine sustained-release agent on mild to moderate hypertension and pharmacological effects. Methods 106 cases with mild to moderate essential hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and control group (n = 53), and received nifedipine sustained-release agent and nifedipine tablets in each group respectively.ResultsThe treatment effect, blood pressure control and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of nifedipine sustained-release agent in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension has positive effect, high safety.
