临床护理路径在乳腺外科中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨临床护理路径在乳腺外科中的应用效果.方法 将我科收治的98例乳腺手术患者分为观察组和对照组,每组49例,观察组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组患者的护理满意度、住院时间、护理质量评分等方面的差异.结果 观察组的平均住院时间短于对照组,护理质量和护理满意度评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义.结论 在乳腺外科实施临床护理路径,可有效提高护理工作的计划性和预见性,从而提高护理质量,提升整体护理满意度.%Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in breast surgery.Methods 98 cases of breast surgery patients were divided into observation group and control group,49 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with clinical nursing path,the control group was treated by routine nursing,then the nursing satisfaction,hospitalization time,nursing quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The average length of hospital stay in observation group was shorter than that in the control group,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion In breast surgery,clinical nursing path can effectively improve the nursing work of planning and predictability,so as to improve the quality of nursing,improve the overal nursing satisfaction.
