B超诊断腮腺肿块的价值分析

摘要

目的 探讨B超诊断腮腺肿块的价值.方法 2014年2月~2015年6月选择在我院诊治的腮腺肿块患者85例,进行B超影像学观察与定性判断.结果 B超判断为良性肿块46例,恶性肿块39例,与病理结果进行对比,B超诊断腮腺肿块的敏感性与特异性为100.0%和97.5%.结论 B超诊断腮腺肿块具有很好的影像学特征,且简便无创伤,诊断敏感性与特异性高.%Objective To investigate the value of B ultrasound diagnosing parotid mass.Methods 85 cases of parotid masses patients from February 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and they were observed with B-ultrasound and qualitatively judged. ResultsDetermined by B-ultrasound,there were 46 cases of benign tumor,39 cases of malignant tumor. Compared to pathology results,the sensitivity and specificity of B ultrasound were 100.0% and 97.5%. Conclusion B ultrasound diagnosing parotid masses has good imaging features. It is simple,non-invasive and has high diagnostic sensitivity and specificity.
