目的 观察无痛人工流产术前应用卡孕栓的疗效.方法 将100例自愿行无痛人工流产术终止早期妊娠的患者随机分为2组.观察组50例术前30 min在阴道后穹窿放置卡孕栓0.5 mg,对照组50例术前不使用任何药物.比较两组疗效.结果 观察组的扩宫效果优于对照组,观察组的手术时间及出血量少于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义.结论 无痛人工流产术前应用卡孕栓疗效肯定.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of utilizing carboprost pre-operatively on anodynia artificial abortion.Methods 100 patients who were performed artificial abortion were divided into two groups,with 50 patients for each group. In control group,patients were operated without adopting any medicines pre-operatively,whereas,in observation group,0.5 mg carboprost was placed at vaginal posterior fornix 30 min pre-operatively. Moreover,the curative effect between these two groups was compared.Results Efficacy in observation group was significantly better than that of control group,meanwhile,the period of operation and amount of bleeding were notably less than that in control group.Conclusion It was efficient for utilizing carboprost pre-operatively on anodynia artificial abortion,and worthy of clinical application. The efficacy of preoperative application of carboprost in painless artificial abortion in pregnant women is remarkably.
