探讨舒适护理干预在肺心病患者中的临床应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨舒适护理干预在肺心病患者中的临床应用效果。方法100例肺心病患者，随机均分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组进行常规护理，观察组在此基础上给予舒适护理。对两组护理效果、患者住院时间以及患者护理满意度等情况进行对比。结果观察组护理效果、住院时间以及对护理的满意程度等方面均优于对照组，两组对比差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对肺心病患者进行舒适护理干预，有助于提高护理效果，减少住院时间及住院费用、提高患者与家属对护理的满意度。%Objective To study the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing intervention on the patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders.Methods100 cases of patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders, were divided into observation group and control group randomly,50 cases each.Control group used routine nursing,the observation group based on the control group given comfortable nursing.In patients with two groups,compared treatment effect,length of hospital stay and nursing satisfaction.Results The observation group of nursing effect, length of hospital stay and the satisfaction of nursing conditions were better than that in control group,two groups’big differences were statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention for patients who suffered heart disease from lung disorders,helps to improve the effect of nursing,reduce the length of hospital stay and cost of hospitalization and improve satisfaction of nursing.
