舒适护理干预在手术室护理中的临床应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To analysis the clinical application effect of comfortable care intervention in the operation room.Methods 540 cases patients in our hospital from May 2013 to January 2015 was randomly divided into control group and observation group,each group has 270 case.Rountine care method was applied for control group .Comfortable care intervention method was applied for observation group .The SAS score,the satisfaction rate and the comfotable rate were compared between two group.Results The SAS score of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.05). The satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.05). The comfotable rate of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant(P< 0.01).ConclusionThe application of comfortable care intervention in the operation room can effectively relieve anxiety.It is benefit for patients to cooperate with surgicial treatment. It is important for patients to promote the satisfaction rate and the comfotable rate. It have widely application prospect.%目的：分析舒适护理干预在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法按照数字表法将2013年5月～2015年1月我院收治的540例手术患者随机的分成对照组和观察组各270例，对照组应用常规的护理措施，观察组应用舒适护理干预措施，对两组SAS评分、满意度以及舒适度进行比较。结果观察组术后SAS评分优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后满意度高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组术后的舒适度显著优于对照组、两组比较差异有显著的统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论手术室护理中应用舒适护理干预，能够有效的缓解患者的焦虑情绪、有助于患者更好的配合手术治疗、对患者的舒适度和满意度的提升具有重要的作用，应用前景广泛。
