舒适护理模式在肺心病患者中的临床应用效果

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical application effect of comfortable nursing model in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods From 2011 January to 2013 December, 90 cases of patients with pulmonary heart diseaser in Gansu province construction worker hospital were selected as the research objects, and divided them into A group and B group randomly(n=45). The control group received normal holistic nursing, the patients in experimental group received comfort nursing. Total satisfaction rate, average hospitalization days and the average hospital stay costs of two groups were observed and compared.Results The experimental group’s total satisfaction rate (100%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (82.22%) (P<0.05); The experimental group’s average number hospitalization days was shorter than that of control group; So as the average hospitalization expenses , statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of comfortable nursing model in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease has good efficiency, it can effectively reduce the pain of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and increase the degree of satisfaction of patients, as well as reduce medical disputes, worthy of popularization in clinical use.%目的：探讨舒适护理模式在肺心病患者中的临床应用效果。方法选取患有肺心病的90例患者作为研究对象，随机均分为A组和B组（n=45）。对照组患者采取正常的整体护理，实验组患者采用舒适护理的方法。观察并比较2组患者的总满意率、住院的平均天数和住院的平均费用。结果实验组患者的总满意率（100%）显著高于对照组总满意率（82.22%（）P＜0.05）；实验组患者住院平均天数显著短于对照组患者住院的平均天数（P＜0.05）；实验组患者住院的平均费用显著少于对照组患者住院的平均费用（P＜0.05）。结论舒适护理模式在肺心病患者中的临床应用效果非常好，有效地减少了患者的痛苦，提高了患者的生活质量，还增加了患者的满意程度，减少了医患纠纷，值得在临床上推广使用。
