PDCA循环在医院药学管理中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨医院药品质量管理中采用PDCA循环后的管理效果，并对PDCA循环在医院药学管理中的应用价值进行研究分析。方法根据PDCA对我院病区药品质量管理中存在的问题，制定针对性、有目的性的整改策略，由医院督导组对医院管理进行监测和评价，并对病区药品管理中存在的遗留问题做进一步处理。结果医院病区药品质量管理在应用PDCA后的达标率优于采用PDCA前，且病区药品管理更为完善、规范和科学。结论 PDCA循环有助于提高病区药品管理的质量，实现药品管理的科学化和规范化，是当前医院病区药品管理中加强质量控制的有效方法。%Objective To investigate the management effect of using PDCA cycle in drug quality management,and to analyze the value of PDCA cycle in hospital pharmacy management.Methods According to drug quality management problems in our hospital to develop targeted,purposeful reform strategy. The supervision and evaluation of hospital management was carried out by the supervision team of the hospital,and the remaining problems in the management of the hospital were further processed.Results Drug quality management after application of PDCA was significantly superior than the former’s,and the drug administration of hospital ward was more comprehensive,standardized and scientific.Conclusion PDCA cycle helps to improve the quality of drug management of ward,achieve scientific and standardized drug administration. It is an effective method to strengthen quality control in the current hospital ward.
