Application of PDCA cycle method in Quality Risk Management of Engineering

摘要

On the basis of the risk management theories, this paper analyzes the present of risk question in the process of quality management of engineering, and achieves the dynamic management for project quality risks by PDCA cycle method, applies references to control and mitigate risk for project's managers.
