PDCA循环法在医院消毒供应管理中的应用

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of PDCA cycle in management of central sterile supply department. Methods The operation process in central sterile supply department was organized by normal management tools between January 2012 and December 2013(as control group), and was organized by PDCA cycle between January 2014 and December 2015(as observation group). Identification of pathogen bacteria surgical was performed on 300 cases of surgical instruments after sterilization in both two groups respectively, and another 300 cases of instruments sterilization was selected for disinfection effect analysis between two groups. Results The detection rate of pathogenic bacteria was lower in the observation group than that of control group, with a significant difference(P0.05). The qualified rate of disinfectant, rate of dry sterile packet, qualified rate of surgical instruments cleaning and qualified rate of sterilization articles were higher in the observation group than those of control group, with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The PDCA cycle is an effective tool in prevention of nosocomial infection and improving the qualified disinfection in central sterile supply department.
