目的：分析延续护理方案对康复期自发性脑出血患者的临床影响。方法按照随机数字表将我院2013年4月～2014年10月收治的84例康复期自发性脑出血患者分为实验组（n=42）及对照组（n=42），分别施以延续护理及常规护理，比较两组自我效能得分及依从性。结果干预1个月后，实验组患者自我效能得分为（7.85±2.15）分，高于对照组（4.12±1.56）分（P<0.01）。除此之外，实验组依从性为高度依从，高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论实施延续护理方案可有效提高康复期自发性脑出血患者自我效能及依从性。%ObjectiveTo explore the effect of the continuous nursing in patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in convalescence.Methods From April 2013 to October 2014,according to random number table 84 cases of patients were randomly divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=42). The control group used conventional nursing,the experimental group used continuous nursing,compared the self-efficacy scores and compliance of the two groups.Results After a month,the self-efficacy score of the experimental group was(7.85±2.15),which was significantly higher than the control group(4.12±1.56)(P< 0.01). In addition,the adherence of the experimental group also significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the self-efficacy and the compliance.
