龙脷平喘汤（肺鼻同治）在热证小儿哮喘治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe and analyze the sole pingchuan decoction(lung and nasal tongzhi)application effect in the treatment of children with asthma in heat syndrome.MethodsControl group 44 cases of asthma in the aminophyline combined with seretide treatment,observation group of 50 cases of children with asthma use long tongues pingchuan decoction in the treatment and compare curative effect. Results The effective rate of the two groups was not statisticaly significantP> 0.05,the observation group of alergic rhinitis score,efficacy compared with the control group,P< 0.05. Conclusion Sole pingchuan decoction in the treatment of infantile asthma effect heat syndrome.%目的：观察龙脷平喘汤（肺鼻同治）治疗热证小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法对照组44例哮喘患儿采用氨茶碱加舒利迭治疗，观察组50例哮喘患儿采用龙脷平喘汤治疗，对比疗效。结果两组有效率无统计学意义P>0.05，观察组过敏性鼻炎积分、疗效与对照组相比，P<0.05。结论龙脷平喘汤治疗热证小儿哮喘效果显著。
