不同微创手术与开放径路胸腺肿瘤切除术的临床价值比较

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical efect of diferent minimaly invasive surgery and open path in the treatment of thymic tumor resection.MethodsSelected 69 cases of thymic tumor patients,were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,each group had 23 cases. Whole minimaly invasive operation, minimaly invasive operation and open the path of thymic tumor resection were used.ResultsThe treatment group the total efective rate was significantly higher than that of group B and group C(P< 0.05),and the hospitalization time was shorter in the patients and the third group(P< 0.05),data comparison has statistical diference.ConclusionThymic tumor by thoracoscopic minimaly invasive operation treatment,treatment efect is good.%目的：探究胸腺肿瘤采用不同微创手术和开放径路胸腺肿瘤切除术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取胸腺肿瘤患者69例，随机分为甲组、乙组和丙组各组均23例，分别采用全腔镜微创手术、小切口微创手术和开放径路胸腺肿瘤切除术治疗。结果甲组患者治疗总有效率高于乙组和丙组（P<0.05），且术后患者住院时间短于乙组和丙组（P<0.05），数据比较存在统计学差异。结论胸腺肿瘤采用全腔镜微创手术治疗，治疗效果良好。
