重症胸外伤患者ICU的呼吸道护理分析

摘要

Objective To explore the method of respiratory tract nursing for ICU patients with severe thoracic trauma.Methods In our hospital from March 2014 to 2015 March,98 cases were admitted to the ICU patients with severe thoracic trauma,and were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing measures,the observation group in the control of nursing group based on the implementation of respiratory tract nursing intervention,compared two groups of cure and nursing satisfaction rate.Results In the observation group,the cure rate was 100%,was significantly higher than that of the control group(91.84%),the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05),satisfaction rate in the observation group was 97.96%,significantly higher than that of the control group 79.59%, the difference was statisticaly significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention measures of respiratory tract in patients with severe type surgical patients with ICU can significantly improve the cure rate and nursing satisfaction.%目的：探讨重症胸外伤患者ICU的呼吸道护理方法。方法选择我院2014年3月～2015年3月收治的ICU重症胸外伤患者98例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组49例，对照组患者采用常规护理措施，观察组在对照组护理的基础上实施呼吸道护理干预措施，比较两组治愈率及护理满意度。结果观察组治愈率为100%，优于对照组的91.84%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组护理满意度97.96%，优于对照组的79.59%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对重症外科患者ICU的呼吸道实施护理干预措施，可以提高患者的治愈率及护理满意度。
