试析如何通过重视护理隐患风险的防范确保护理安全

摘要

Objective To investigate the importance of enhancing the legal awareness of nursing staff in the practice of nursing staff. Methods Through the analysis of the reasons for the indifference of the legal consciousness of nursing staff and combining the practice of nursing work in our hospital,we urge nurses to use laws and regulations to regulate their own nursing service. Results Only by establishing the awareness of law,can we adapt the current medical form,reduce the risk of nursing,avoid or reduce the disputes and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events. Conclusion The relevant laws and regulations are important for the nursing staff to master the relevant laws and regulations.%目的：探讨护理人员的实践工作中增强护理人员法律意识的重要性。方法通过对护理人员法律意识淡漠的原因分析并结合我院护理工作实践，增强护理人员对法律意识重要性的认识，促使护理人员使用法律法规来规范自身的护理服务。结果确认了只有树立法律意识，才能适应好当前医疗形式，降低护理风险，避免或减少护患纠纷，降低护理不良事件发生率。结论学习理解相关法律法规，可以促进护理服务质量的提高，减少或避免医患纠纷的发生，护理人员充分掌握相关法律法规对适应现代医疗服务具有重要作用。
