临床护理路径在37例腹股沟疝手术患者中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹股沟疝手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取腹股沟疝手术患者37例为研究对象，设为研究组；同期选取同症患者37例作为参照对象，设为对照组；对照组给予常规护理，研究组接受临床护理路径；对比观察两组护理满意度、并发症发生率及住院时间。结果研究组护理满意度高于对照组，两组数据对比差异显著；研究组手术并发症发生率和住院时间均低于对照组，差异显著。结论腹股沟疝患者围手术期间进行临床护理路径，促进患者早日康复，缩短住院时间，是提高护理满意度的有效方法。%Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with inguinal hernia surgery.Methods Selected 37 patients with inguinal hernia surgery as the research object,37cases selected for the same period as the control group object. The control group given routine nursing care,the team accepted clinical nursing path. Compared two groups of nursing satisfaction,incidence of complications and hospitalization time.ResultsThe team nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group,two groups of data contrast were significant difference. The incidence of surgical complications and length of hospital stay were lower than the control group,significant difference.Conclusion Perioperative period in patients with inguinal hernia clinical nursing path,can guide the patients spent in hospital,promote patients recover at an early date,shorten hospitalization time,is one of the effective methods to improve nursing satisfaction.
