维生素C对血液葡萄糖检验的干扰效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the interference effect of vitamin C on blood glucose testing. Methods 10 samples of healthy people were taken and detected their glucose. After that,the samples were added vitamin C and detected the glucose. The results were compared. Results The more concentration of vitamin C, the higher rate of interference. Conclusion Vitamin C can seriously interfere on blood glucose test results.%目的：分析维生素C对血液葡萄糖检验干扰情况。方法取10份健康体检者血清，检测其葡萄糖结果，并加入维生素C，对比检测结果。结果维生素C浓度越高，其干扰率越高。结论维生素C会严重干扰血液葡萄糖检验结果。
