护理安全管理中护士长不间断安全巡查的实施效果观察

摘要

Objective Explore the effect of uninterrupted safety inspections by head nurse in nursing safety management. Methods We implemented nurse uninterrupted safety inspections during nursing safety management in our hospital from March 2014 to February 2015,and patients' satisfaction and the incidence of adverse events before and after the implementation of safety inspection were compared. Results Nursing care of patients with adverse events after nursing was lower than before,the patients' satisfaction with nursing care was higher than before. Conclusion The uninterrupted safety inspections by head nurse in nursing safety management has remarkable effect.%目的：探究护士长不间断安全巡查在护理安全管理中的实施效果。方法我院在2014年3月～2015年2月对住院患者展开护理安全管理时，均实施护士长不间断安全巡查，并比较实施安全巡查前后不良事件发生情况及患者护理满意度。结果护理后患者护理不良事件发生率低于护理前，患者护理满意度高于护理前。结论在住院患者护理安全管理中采用护士长不间断安全巡查护理，应用效果显著。
