四肢长骨骨折骨不连的原因和手术治疗探讨

摘要

Objective To investigate the causes and treatment of long bone of limbs operation for nonunion of fractures. Methods Random selected 60 patients from long bone fracture nonunion in our hospital from August 2011~August 2013 as the research object. We analyzed the reasons in patients with limb long bone fracture nonunion,to implement the operation of corresponding treatment according to the specific condition of patients. Results Fracture healing time was about 8 months. At the same time,the patient operation treatment time was short and intraoperative bleeding was less. Conclusion There are many reasons in patients with long bone fracture nonunion,including hospitality and serious iatrogenic factors. The corresponding operation method can get good effect through the marrow cavity of patients,enhance the fixation and bone grafting operation treatment.%目的：探讨四肢长骨骨折骨不连的原因和手术治疗的效果。方法随机抽取我院2011年8月～2013年8月收治的四肢长骨骨折骨不连患者60例为研究对象。分析患者四肢长骨骨折骨不连原因，针对患者的具体情况实施相应的手术治疗方法。结果治疗结果显示，所有患者在手术治疗后半年～一年时间内手术伤口均愈合，骨折部位均为骨性愈合。患者骨折愈合时间为8个月左右。同时患者手术治疗时间较短，术中出血量较少。结论四肢长骨骨折骨不连患者不连的原因有很多种，其中病情严重和医源性因素是造成患者骨不连的主要因素。在此过程中采用相应的手术治疗方法，打通患者髓腔，加强固定和植骨手术治疗能够获得较好效果。
