盐酸多奈哌齐在老年痴呆治疗中的应用研究

摘要

目的：探究盐酸多奈哌齐在老年痴呆治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2013年4月至2014年12月在我院接受治疗的老年痴呆患者100例，随机分为对照组和观察组各50例患者，对照组进行常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上，给予盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。对治疗前后两组患者ADL（日常生活活动能力量表）以及MMSE（简易智能精神状态检查量表）进行评分。结果治疗后，观察组患者的MMSE以及ADL的评分明显高于对照组，两组结果对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆能够使患者的认知能力以及生活自理能力得到有效地提高，治疗效果显著。%Objective To explore application effect of hydrochloride donepezil in treatment of Alzheimer. Methods Choose 100 Alzheimer elderly patients who are treated in hospital from April 2013 to December 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random with 50 patients in each group;patients in control group are given conventional treatment;while patients in study group are given hydrochloride donepezil treatment in addition to conventional treatment;and then make a comparison of patients’score in terms of their ADL(activities of daily living scale)and MMSE(mini-mental state examination)before and after treatment respectively in two groups. Results Comparative result shows that patients’score of ADL(activities of daily living scale)and MMSE(mini-mental state examination)in study group are much higher than those in control group after treatment;there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Hydrochloride donepezil is conducive to improving elderly patients’cognitive ability as wel as their self-care ability;it is of efficacy in treatment of Alzheimer.
