舒利迭（沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂）治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床分析

摘要

ObjectiveTo study the analysis of nimesulide lap (salmeterol assigned powder inhaler) clinical curative effect for the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital between January 2011 and December 2011, admitted during the period of clinical data of 46 patients with cough variant asthma, antibiotics should be used in all patients and phlegm, cough medicines to be null and void, the given nimesulide overlapping inhaled treatment, analysis the effect of drug treatment.Results After treatment for 40 cases were cured without cough; Improved in 3 cases of cough significantly reduce; 3 cases ineffective, and breathing. Treatment effective rate was 93.48%.Conclusion Nimesulide overlapping inhalation treatment of cough variant asthma has good curative effect, especially for the use of antibiotics and expectorant, cough syrups invalid the patient's clinical curative effect is distinct, worthy of clinical application.%目的：研究分析舒利迭（沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂）治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法回顾分析本院2011年1月至2013年12月期间收治的咳嗽变异性哮喘患者46例临床资料，全部患者均使用抗生素及化痰、止咳药无效后，给予舒利迭吸入治疗，分析该药物治疗效果。结果经治疗40例治愈无咳嗽；3例好转咳嗽明显减轻；3例无效，且出现喘息。治疗有效率93.48%。结论应用舒利迭吸入治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘具有良好的疗效，尤其针对使用抗生素及化痰、止咳药无效患者的临床疗效显著，值得临床应用。
