胸腰椎爆裂性骨折早期前后路手术治疗的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of thoracolumbar burst fractures before surgery route.Methods 90 cases of thoracolumbar burst fractures, according to the surgical approach for anterior group (45) and the posterior group (45),comparing two groups of treatment.Results Last folow-way set out with a loss of correction Cobb angle than the posterior group (P<0.05). Anterior group after six months fusion rate,postoperative drainage, blood loss,operative time,complications was higher than the posterior group (P<0.05).Conclusion Although anterior blood loss and more trauma,but lost the cobb angle of correction effect.%目的：分析胸腰椎爆裂性骨折前后路手术临床疗效。方法选取90例胸腰椎爆裂性骨折，根据手术方式为前路组（45）与后路组（45），对比两组治疗效果。结果前路组末次随访Cobb角明与矫正度丢失优于后路组（P<0.05）。前路组术后6个月植骨融合率、术后引流量、术中出血量、手术时间、并发症发生率高于后路组（P<0.05）。结论虽然前路手术失血量多、创伤大，但Cobb角与矫正度丢失改善效果明显。
