老年急性胆囊炎患者的手术护理探析

摘要

Objective To explore the nursing method and effect of the elderly patients with acute cholecystitis after surgery.Methods 67 elderly patients with acute cholecystitis who were treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2014 were selected. They were divided into group A and group B according to different treatment approaches. Patients in group A were given usual care and patients in group B were given excellence quality nursing. And then we observed and compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results Comparing to group A,patients in group B had less hemorrhage symptom,and less operative and hospitalization time. In addition,the patients in group B suffered from less complications, with statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The excellence quality nursing is effect to cure acute cholecystitis and reduce the hemorrhage and complications after surgery. In addition,it is conducive to shorten the hospitalization time. So the excelence quality nursing is quite worthy to be promoted and applied.%目的：探析老年急性胆囊炎患者的手术护理方法和效果。方法搜集2013年7月～2014年7月我院接收的老年急性胆囊炎67例患者，给予全部患者手术治疗。按照不同护理方法分为甲组（常规护理）和乙组（优质护理）。观察甲组和乙组的护理效果，并比较。结果与甲组相比，乙组术中出血量较少，手术时间和住院天数较短，并发症较少，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论老年急性胆囊炎患者的手术优质护理效果较好，可有效减少术中出血及术后并发症，缩短手术时间及住院天数。
