探究慢性胰腺炎CT影像解剖学分型及其临床意义

摘要

目的：探究 CT 影响解剖学分型在慢性胰腺炎诊治中的临床意义。方法选取50例慢性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，所有患者均进行CT 影像解剖学分型分析，并进行总结和归纳。结果根据 CT 影像扫描结果，得知患者慢性胰腺炎主要分有萎缩钙化型（38%）、假性囊肿型（18%）、胰腺管阻塞或扩张型（32%）、肿块型（4%）和混合型（8%）五种类型。结论 CT 影像解剖学分型能够结合患者的实际临床症状为慢性胰腺炎的类型辨别提供可靠依据，具有重要的临床意义。%Objective To explore the clinical significance of CT ef ect of anatomic types in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pancreatitis. Methods 50 patients with chronic pancreatitis were selected as the object of study, al patients were analyzed CT imaging anatomy, and summary and induction. Results According to the CT image scan results, that the main points in patients with chronic pancreatitis with atrophic calcification type (38%), pseudo cyst type (18%), pancreatic duct obstruction or expansion type (32%), mass type (4%) and mixed type (8%) five types. Conclusion To provide a reliable basis for CT imaging anatomical types can be combined with the actual clinical symptoms in patients with chronic pancreatitis type identification, and has important clinical significance.
