舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对甲状腺手术全麻术后的苏醒质量的对比分析

摘要

目的对比分析舒芬太尼与瑞芬太尼对甲状腺手术全麻术后苏醒质量的影响。方法将60例甲状腺全麻手术患者分为观察组和对照组，比较两组患者的苏醒情况。结果两组患者术后苏醒指标及皮下输注值比较均无较大差异（P>0.05）；观察组患者拔管后Ramsay清醒评分明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论甲状腺全麻术中应用舒芬太尼可取得较好的镇痛镇静效果，且苏醒质量好。%Objective Comparative analysis of effects in sufentanil and remifentanil on awakening quality general anesthesia after thyroid operation. Methods 120 cases of patients with thyroid operation under general anesthesia were divided into observation group and control group, compared two groups of patients with wake conditions. Results Patients of two groups after recovery index and subcutaneous infusion values were not difference (P>0.05),patients in the observation group ramsay after extubation sober score significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of sufentanil desirable good sedative effect of thyroid surgery under general anesthesia,should be popularized and applied.
