鼻咽血管纤维瘤20例临床治疗

摘要

Objective The clinical surgery treatment of nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is to be investigated. Methods Analyze the clinical treatment data selected from 20 patients with nasopharyngeal angiofibroma who are treated in hospital from January 2012 to June 2014. Results The amount of bleeding in 20 patients with nasopharyngeal angiofibroma is from 200 to 1850ml with 1050 ml on average. No case of relapse in I stage,and one patient has a relapse in II stage,and 3 patients have a relapse in III stage,and 1 case of relapse in IV stage. Conclusion Surgical resection is the first choice to cure nasopharyngeal angiofibroma.If the patients suffer from a relapse,they should be given surgical treatment again,if the patients have a tumor with smal size and has no obvious bleeding or block symptom,it is not required to have them operated with a surgery.%目的：探讨鼻咽血管纤维瘤的的临床手术治疗。方法选取2012年1月～2014年6月收治的20例鼻咽血管纤维瘤患者临床治疗方法资料进行分析。结果20例鼻咽血管纤维瘤患者术中出血量在200～1850 ml，平均为1050 ml。I期无复发，II期复发1例，III期3例复发， IV期复发1例。结论手术切除为根治鼻咽血管纤维瘤的首选方法。如有复发应再次手术，复发肿瘤较小且无明显出血或堵塞症状可予观察而不急于手术。
