普萘洛尔与甲巯咪唑对甲亢进症的临床治疗效果观察

摘要

目的：探究和分析内分泌科临床上采用普萘洛尔与甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进患者的临床疗效。方法对本院内分泌科分泌科2010年08月至2014年08月收治的130例甲状腺功能亢进患者临床资料进行回顾性分析，比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组患者经过治疗，研究组患者的治愈率为96.92%（63/65），常规组患者的治愈率为89.23%（58/65），两组数据差异显著，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；结论本研究结果表明，内分泌科临床上采用普萘洛尔联合甲巯咪唑治疗甲状腺功能亢进的疗效更加确切，安全性能高，因此值得临床推广使用。%Objective To explore and analyze the endocrinology clinicaly by propranolol and a sulfhydryl imidazole clinical curative efect for the treatment of patients with thyroid function hyperfunction.Methods In our hospital at the records of 130 patients with thyroid function hyperfunction endocrinology clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,compared two groups of therapeutic efect.Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the team of the patient's cure rate was 96.92% (63/65),conventional group cure rate was 89.23% (58/65) of patients, significant diference was found in two groups of data, with statistical significance (P<0.05);Conclusion This study result shows that the endocrinology clinicaly by propranolol combined a sulfhydryl imidazole more exactly, the curative efect of treatment of thyroid function hyperfunction safety performance is high, therefore is worthy of clinical promotion use.
