乌司他丁对自体回收血液中红细胞和血小板保护作用分析

摘要

目的：研究分析乌司他丁对于自体回收血液中红细胞和血小板的保护作用。方法随机选取我院进行治疗骨科椎体手术的62例患者，术中均行自体血液回收，将其随机分为两组。实验组术前静脉推注乌司他丁，对照组注射等量生理盐水。结果实验组中非双凹形红细胞百分比低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组体内血回输后血小板活化程度均高于回输前，且对照组要高于实验组（P＜0.05）。结论乌司他丁可以减少自体血回收过程中红细胞的损伤以及血小板的激活，可以减轻血液回输对机体的不良反应。%Objective Study the protective effect of ulinastatin for recovery of autologous red blood cels and platelets in the blood.Methods Randomly selected 62 patients in our hospital for treatment of vertebral surgery in the department of orthopedics,the operation of autologous blood recovery,wil be randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group of preoperative intravenous injection of ulinastatin,control group normal saline injection. Results In the experimental group of non biconcave red blood cel percentage is lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05). Two groups of blood transfusion after the degree of platelet activation were higher than the control group to lose money,and higher than the experimental group(P<0.05).ConclusionUlinastatin can reduce the red blood cels of autologous blood recovery in the process of injury and platelet activation,can reduce the blood transfusion adverse reaction to the body.
