脑栓塞伴发老年痴呆患者采用个性化护理干预的临床效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze clinical effect of individualized nursing intervention in patients with cerebral embolism accompanied with senile dementia. Methods 83 cases of patients with cerebral embolism accompanied with senile dementia from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected as the study object, the patients were divided into two groups for comparing.Results After nursing, the two groups of patients with MMSE scale score, the difference was statisticaly significant(t=9.62,P<0.05). After nursing,ADL scale score for comparison,the difference with statistical significance(t=13.34, P<0.05).Conclusion To use personalized nursing intervention in nursing care of cerebral embolism in patients with senile dementia patients, can significantly improve the patient's mental state, and can enhance the ability of daily life of patients, it has strong application value.%目的：针对脑栓塞伴发老年痴呆患者采用个性化护理干预后的临床效果进行分析。方法选取2014年9月～2015年9月来我院问诊的83例脑栓塞伴发老年痴呆患者作为本次研究的对象，将患者分为两组进行对比研究。结果护理后，两组患者MMSE量表评分对比，两组差异具有统计学意义（t=9.62，P＜0.05）。护理后，ADL量表评分对比，两组差异具有统计学意义（t=13.34，P＜0.05）。结论采用个性化护理干预手段护理脑栓塞并发老年痴呆的患者，能够明显改善患者的精神状态，并且可以增强患者的日常生活能力，具有较强的应用价值。
