PDCA循环模式在消化内镜医院感染控制中的应用

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the use of PDCA circulation pattern in the application of digestive endoscopy hospital infection control effect. Methods Aiming at the existing problem of digestive endoscopy in hospital infection management,using the method of PDCA cycle analysis and quality control.ResultsAfter the implementation of PDCA circulation mode to prevent and control hospital infection, the use of disposable goods and environmental health management,consulting room disinfection and isolation system,the classification of the medical waste management,with a decontamination personnel occupational protection score were higher than that of before the implementation,such as cleaning and disinfection of the endoscopic qualified rate increased from 71.11% to 92.59%,the hand hygiene compliance of medical staff from 51.47% to 92.87%.Conclusion PDCA circulation pattern is a scientific working method and working procedure to solve the problem, can effectively control the hospital association infection of digestive endoscopy risk, ensure the quality of care and patient safety.%目的：探讨运用PDCA循环模式在消化内镜医院感染控制中的应用效果。方法针对消化内镜在医院感染管理中存在的问题，运用PDCA循环法进行分析和质量控制。结果实施PDCA循环模式预防与控制医院感染后，一次性物品的使用和管理、诊室环境卫生与消毒隔离制度、医疗垃圾分类管理、洗消人员职业防护等评分均比实施前提高，内镜清洗消毒合格率从71.11%提高到92.59%，医务人员的手卫生依从性从51.47%提高到92.87%。结论 PDCA循环模式是科学解决问题的工作方法和工作程序，能有效控制消化内镜医院感染风险，保证护理质量和患者的安全。
