腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术治疗高龄胃癌患者28例临床分析

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic assisted gastric cancer D2 radical gastrectomy treatment for elderly patients.Methods 56 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into control group(open surgery)and observation group(laparoscopic surgery). The operation effect of two groups were compared.ResultsThe gastrointestinal function recovery time,postoperative complication and immune level of the observation group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with gastric cancer underwent laparoscopic assisted D2 radical gastrectomy has a certain efficacy and safety.%目的：探讨腹腔镜辅助胃癌D2根治术治疗高龄胃癌患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院56例高龄胃癌患者，随机分为对照组（n=28）和观察组（n=28），两组均进行胃癌D2根治术，其中对照组行开腹手术，观察组在腹腔镜下进行，比较两组手术效果。结果两组手术时间、淋巴结清扫数目比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组住院、胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组免疫水平高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对高龄胃癌患者实施腹腔镜下胃癌D2根治术治疗，具有一定的有效性和安全性。
