剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室经阴道手术治疗临床分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vaginal surgery in the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum after cesarean section.Methods16 cases of cesarean uterine scar diverticulum patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results There were no complications in 16 cases in intraoperative and at postoperative. Al patients were folowed up for 6 to 18 months,patients with prolonged menstrual period,irregular vaginal bleeding was significantly better than before surgery(P<0.05),the abdominal pain had no significant changes(P>0.05). The disappearance of the wedge dark area in the incision after the operation,muscular layer was continuous,palace cavity line completed visible.Conclusion Vaginal surgery for the treatment of uterine scar diverticulum is a safe,simple and effective treatment method.%目的：探讨剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕憩室阴式手术治疗的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析16例剖宫产子宫瘢痕憩室病例。结果16例患者术中和术后均无并发症，术后均随访6～18个月，患者经期延长、不规则阴道出血较术前好转，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而下腹隐痛无明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。术后超声显示切口处楔形暗区消失，肌层连续，宫腔线完整可见。结论经阴道手术治疗子宫瘢痕憩室是安全、简单、有效的方法。
