甲状腺全切术和甲状腺叶切除术用于甲状腺结节治疗中的临床效果分析

Objective Analysis of total thyroidectomy and thyroid lobectomy in the treatment of thyroid nodules.Methods 80 cases of thyroid nodule patients were randomly divided into observation group(thyroid lobectomy),normal group(thyroidectomy) 40 cases in each group.Results In the observation group,the bleeding volume,operation time was significantly better than that of routine group(P<0.05). Postoperative complications were lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroid nodules in patients with thyroid lobe resection,obtain good clinical curative effect in clinic.%目的：分析甲状腺全切术和甲状腺叶切除术运用于甲状腺结节治疗中的价值。方法80例甲状腺结节患者随机分为观察组（甲状腺叶切除术）、常规组（甲状腺全切术）各40例。结果观察组的出血量、手术用时优于常规组（P＜0.05）；术后并发症低于常规组（P＜0.05）。结论甲状腺结节患者采用甲状腺叶切除术，能获得较好的临床疗效。
