探讨护理干预对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用

摘要

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nursing intervention on the formation of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis after surgery in the department of orthopedics.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016,106 cases of patients in the department of orthopedics in our hospital as the research object,after surgery,the control group received routine nursing intervention,on the basis of observation group received nursing intervention of patients. Comparison of postoperative nursing satisfaction and venous thrombosis incidence.Results The patients in the control group of lower extremity venous thrombosis rate was 11.32%,the observation group DVT incidence rate was 3.77%. in the total nursing care of patients satisfaction rate was 81.13%,the total nursing observation group satisfaction rate was 96.23%.Conclusion For patients in department of orthopedics,the implementation of targeted interventions,comprehensive prevent venous thrombosis,improve nursing satisfaction of patients,promote the prognosis of the disease.%目的：探究护理干预对骨科术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防效果。方法选择2015年3月～2016年3月我院收治的106例骨科患者为研究对象，完成手术后，对照组行常规护理干预，以此为基础，观察组实施有针对性的护理干预术，对比患者术后护理满意度与下肢静脉血栓发生率。结果对照组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率为11.32%，观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率为3.77%。对照组患者总护理满意率为81.13%；观察组患者总护理满意率为96.23%。结论对于骨科术后患者，实施有针对性干预措施，可全面预防下肢静脉血栓出现，提升患者护理满意度，促进疾病转归。
