骨外科护理管理中护士长人性化管理价值研究

     

摘要

Objective Analyze the value of applying human-based management in orthopedic nursing administration.Methods Divide al the patients and nurses from different orthopedic wards into experimental group and controled group. Then,nurse the experimental groups with human-based management and nurse the controlled groups with routine management. Next,compare the satisfaction of the two groups.Results The satisfaction of the experimental group is 96.32%,which is significantly higher than that of the controled group(P<0.05).Conclusion Human-based management should be applied in orthopedic nursing administration. It can help not only form a positive and optimistic attitude for nurses,but also improve the comprehensive nursing quality.%目的:剖析骨外科护理管理中应用护士长人性化管理的价值。方法将我院骨外科不同病区患者及护士分为试验组和对照组。前者行护士长人性化管理,后者行骨外科护士长常规护理管理,比较患者护理满意度。结果试验组患者对本次护理管理的满意度为96.32%,试验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨外科护理管理中积极运用护士长人性化管理,既可帮助护士形成积极、乐观的良好心态,又可提升综合护理质量。
