目的：研究回收式自体输血对产科手术中腹腔内出血的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年7月～2016年2月回收的临床资料腹腔内出血者232例，回输104例，采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者是同时期采用异体输血100例、自体+异体输血28例，观察组患者采用自体输血完成手术104例，观察比较2组患者发热，输血反应，腹腔内出血量及输血情况及24 h血常规情况。结果观察组患者术后发热发生率为3.0%，低于对照组患者术后发热率（12.9%）（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的输血反应发生率为1.0%低于对照组患者的发生率（6.4%）（P＜0.05）；观察患者术后24 h检查RBC、HB、HCT及PLT水平，差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用回收式自体输血在治疗腹腔内出血术中效果优异，能够降低患者术后输血反应，发热，避免传播感染性疾病，增加患者抢救的成功率，是一种安全高效的技术方。%Objective To study the recovery of autotransfusion clinical efficacy of obstetric surgery internal bleeding. Methods We selected 232 cases of intra-abdominal hemorrhage in our hospital between July 2015 to February 2016,and transfusion 104 cases,al patients were divided into control group and observation group by randomly method,while the control group 100 cases of patients using the al ogeneic blood transfusion 28 cases patients using the autologous and al ogeneic blood transfusion,the observation group of 104 cases were treated with autologous blood transfusion surgery completed, observed and compared two groups with the fever,transfusion reactions,abdominal bleeding and blood transfusion cases and 24 h blood situation. Results The observation group patients of fever rates was 3.0%,lower than the control group postoperative fever rate(12.9%)(P < 0.05),the observation group rate(1.0%)was lower than the control group of patients with transfusion reactions occurred(6.4%)(P < 0.05),postoperative patients 24 h inspection RBC,HB,HCT and PLT levels,the difference was not statistical y significant(P > 0.05). Conclusion Recovered autotransfusion excel ent effect in the treatment of intra-abdominal hemorrhage surgery can reduce postoperative transfusion reactions,fever,to avoid the spread of infectious diseases,to increase the success rate of patients in an emergency,it is a safe and efficient manner.
