肠腔内置管在小肠单腔造口术中的临床应用

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical value of retaining the internal tube of the intestinal lumen in the smal intestine single cavity stoma.Methods In our hospital,from March 2011 to August 2015 need surgical treatment of low rectal cancer,colorectal polyposis,colon trauma patients a total of 40 cases as the research object,folowed the random number table method for grouping and group settings for the control group, the experimental group, each 20 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional operation method,the experimental group patients were treated with the inner tube. The incidence of various complications were compared between the two groups in 2 weeks after operation,and the incidence of complicationswas analyzed.ResultsThe total complication rate was 2(2/20) in the experimental group and 55% in the control group(11/20). Two sets of data were compared,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The smal intestine single cavity stoma safe and reliable to reduce the postoperative complication rate and reduce the difficulty of operation.%目的：探讨肠腔内置管保留在小肠外置单腔造口术中的临床价值。方法收集我院住院部自2011年3月～2015年8月需行手术治疗的低位直肠癌、大肠息肉病、结肠外伤患者共计40例作为研究对象，遵循数字随机表方法进行分组，组别设置为对照组、实验组，各组患者均为20例。对照组患者采取传统手术方法，实验组患者采取肠腔内置管保留术。对比两组患者术后2周内各种并发症的发生情况，并对并发症发生率进行统计学检验。结果实验组患者术后2周内并发症总发生率为10.00％（2/20），低于对照组55.00％（11/20）。两组数据进行比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在小肠外置单腔造口术中采用肠腔内置管保留，可降低手术操作难度，减少术后并发症发生率，安全可靠。
