慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者应用合理化治疗护理方案的临床效果

摘要

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tuberculosis patients with chronic hepatitis B for care programs.Methods 92 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine care and treatment,and observation group for rationalization of treatment and care programs,compared to clinical efficacy.Results The total effect of observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic HBV with tuberculosis using care programs,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.%目的：探究慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者应用合理化治疗护理方案的效果。方法选取92例慢性乙肝合并肺结核患者，将其随机分成两组，对照组采取常规护理与治疗，观察组采用合理化治疗护理方案，对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论慢性乙肝合并肺结核实行合理化治疗护理方案，可提高治疗效果。
