宫颈上皮内病变病理诊断中免疫组化P16、ki-67表达的应用价值

摘要

目的：探讨宫颈上皮内病变病理诊断中免疫组化P16、ki-67表达的应用价值。方法选取2012年2月～2014年8月在我院就诊治疗的60例宫颈上皮内病变患者，并选取20例正常宫颈黏膜上皮者作为研究对象，采用免疫组化SP法检测对象组织中的P16、ki-67表达水平。结果从子宫颈正常组到宫颈上皮内病变组，P16、ki-67阳性表达率逐渐上升，宫颈上皮内病变组患者阳性表达率高于子宫颈正常组，P＜0.05。结论免疫组化P16、ki-67表达检测对于宫颈上皮内病变具有较高的病理诊断应用价值。%Objective To investigate the application value of immunohistochemical pathological diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial lesions in P16 and Ki-67 expression. Methods Treated 60 cases of cervical intraepithelial lesions were selected in our hospital from February 2012 to August 2014, and selected 20 cases of normal cervical epithelium as the object of study,immunohistochemistry of SP method was used to detect the object organization of p16,Ki-67 expression level.Results From normal cervix to cervical intraepithelial lesions,P16,ki-67 positive expression rate was gradually increased,the rate of patients with positive expression of cervical intraepithelial cervical lesions was significantly higher than the normal group,P<0.05.ConclusionImmune group of p16,Ki-67 expression was detected in cervical intraepithelial lesion with higher pathological diagnosis application value.
